Refinish

The stain is still performing but needs additional attention to bring it back to an easily maintainable state.

Refinishing consists of lightly sanding where needed, then washing all logs or siding using a detergent that removes dust, dirt and debris to clean and prep the wood. 

Then, pigmented stain and topcoat are applied where needed. Lastly, all upward-facing checks are filled with caulking to prevent water intrusion.
